Shipping natural stone across the ocean is standard; shipping a complex, fully integrated backlit stone system requires a different level of expertise.
We recently completed the manufacturing of a stunning Cristallo Quartzite package for a custom home in the USA. Here is how we executed this complex order from our factory floor.
The Challenge: Precision from a Distance
The US client needed a "wow factor"-translucent stone surfaces with integrated lighting-but needed the installation process to be straightforward for their local contractors.

The Solution: A Ready-to-Install Kit We didn't just cut the stone; we engineered a complete solution.
Fabrication: We utilized 45-degree mitered joints to create the seamless look of the integrated sink and the thick profile of the island.
Lighting Integration: We custom-built the LED panels to fit the exact dimensions of the stone.
Factory Mock-Up: Before packing, we fully assembled the countertops and lighting in our workshop (as seen in the photos). This "dry lay" process allowed us to test the light diffusion and ensure every joint was perfect before the product ever left our factory.

The Result
The final product was carefully crated and shipped to the US, ready to be uncrated and installed by the local team. This project proves that with the right manufacturing partner, distance is no barrier to luxury.
